Hello, Garland here,
The following video, courtesy of Fox News will shock some, enrage some and delight others, but no matter what, it is the reality of the day.

Privacy is History! You might as well smile, because you are on candid camera almost all the time, unless you live in a cave. There are cameras everywhere – small, large and unnoticeable. Your laptop is a video camera. Your phone is a video camera. Traffic lights are now video cameras. Buildings are video cameras. You might remember a little while ago someone discovered that some children’s toys were video cameras.

I realize of course that the things I mentioned have other functions, but the most interesting and invasive function is the video camera function. Now to make it even more interesting – some of these cameras can stream what they see on the web without your knowledge or permission. It no longer takes the step of downloading the info onto your computer and THEN uploading to the web, but you could be on the web right now – in your underwear!

I bet you there are programs that can hi-jack your laptop or smart phone and turn on the video camera without your permission or knowledge. Now how do you feel about working in your underwear on your laptop? By the way, I like that polka dot pattern that you are wearing right now.

I promote a company called Strategic Global Investments, Inc. that just bought a site called waZuu.com, that puts video cameras for live streaming video in bars, restaurants and other venues, because people want to see what’s going on and patronize those places that provide it. Check it out!

Now, I believe the solution is to live your life out loud with no apologies. There was only one perfect person: Jesus Christ; and look what they did to him? (Fortunately for us, God raised him from the dead.) So why be embarrassed about the fact that you like to wear or do what some would think is weird – WE ALL DO!

And for goodness sakes don’t kill yourself because someone video taped you doing something strange. Isn’t it just as strange that the person video taping you has no life of there own so they have to video you?

I think Lady Gaga has it right in this regard, she lives her life on stage and on camera. I am not saying that there are no private moments. But for all intents and purposes, private moments are in your mind, because do you really know that you are not being video taped?

Your 15 minutes of fame is coming to a website near you!

Thanks,

Garland E. Harris
