George apparently picked up the bottle again, because he was spending before, but now he is spending like a drunken sailor. It seems he is also driving the economy like a drunk. He must have fallen off the wagon when he had that beer summit. George also seems to be balancing our human resources better. How you say? Overseas he is using unmanned drones to kill people in Pakistan, but save American lives. Here at home in America he is using death panels to save the grandkids and kill grandma.
